Visitors to Thailand’s capital city of Bangkok are being given a rare opportunity to spot newly discovered wildlife. According to a spokesman from WWF International, a total of 163 new species were discovered last year in the mighty Mekong River, which runs through Thailand. Last week two new species were added to the list; a gecko with leopard-like spots on its body and a fanged frog that eats birds. Continue reading →
